| NON STANDARD FLUSH DOORS YOUNGS DOORS has been manufacturing non standard flush doors at it’s Norwich base for over 20 years, for distribution throughout the UK and abroad. From initial enquiry, the highly skilled workforce is able to provide the complete package – design, selection of raw materials, manufacture, final test, inspection and IFCCAD certification. IFCCAD (International Fire Consultants Certification and Assessment of Doorsets) is a third party fire assessment system which is used to accurately define fields of application for fire resisting flush doorsets based on a manufacturer’s database of BS 476: Part 22 test evidence. IFCCAD is a very powerful software tool that is currently available to Youngs Doors for the design of fire resisting doors. Incorporation into the IFCCAD scheme is also offered to manufacturers of ironmongery, intumescent seals, glasses and glazing systems. This allows Youngs Doors, using IFCCAD, to furnish the specifier with a one-stop rapid response to sales enquiries without further testing being required. Lists of approved products are accessed by IFCCAD, allowing all aspects of the proposed door construction to be fully defined.  Glazed panels in both FD30 and FD60 doors may be specified in lieu of solid panels.
