| NON STANDARD PANELLED DOORS Traditional Panelled doors from our DRAYTON RANGE meet the challenge of combining performance and aesthetics. They are designed and manufactured to satisfy the fire test requirements of BS476 part 22. A range of door styles featuring multiple panels can be produced in both single and double leaf sets to 30-minute and 60-minute fire performance levels. Our FD30 and FD60 rated door leaves may be supplied individually or as doorsets. Frames can be in softwood for FD30 but must be in hardwood for FD60. The minimum recommended frame section should be 32mm thick plus the door stop. All door leaves are made to order and are therefore available in a variety of sizes. Glazed panels in fire rated doors may be specified in lieu of a solid panel. Their inclusion will be restricted to the glass and beading/intumescent details as set out in our fire assessment documents and recommended by FRGGSA.
