Key Responsibilities

• Receive and follow up enquiries
• Assessment of customer requirements and helping to ensure these are met through cost-effective solutions
• Preparing of estimates
• Ensuring compliance with certification and regulations
• Obtaining up-to-date cost and technical information from suppliers and use our in house systems
• Analyse and preparation of schedules and elevations to send to the client
• Prepare documentation for approval for the client prior to manufacture.
• Prepare manufacturing instructions for use in the factory to produce the doors
• Liaise with Factories on production queries and clients to resolve.
• Report any problem to Technical Manager
• Being a point of contact for technical support on all projects
• Ensure all files are kept up to date in the correct order

• Strong mathematics and computer literacy skills, including MS Office
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail

• Enthusiastic and intuitive
• Organised and able to work under pressure
• Keen to learn
• Understanding of architectural drawings would be advantageous (door elevations, door schedules and floor plans)
